Admin

Newsletter (Admin panel › Newsletter) is where you send product news to members who subscribed. The header shows how many subscribers and issues there are. For how members subscribe, see Newsletter.

Write and send an issue

1. 1 Étape 1 : Click New issue A draft is created and the editor opens above the list.
2. 2 Étape 2 : Fill in the Subject
3. 3 Étape 3 : Write the Body It uses Markdown. Type {{name}} where you want the recipient's name.
4. 4 Étape 4 : Click Send test Emails the issue to you only. It saves the draft too.
5. 5 Étape 5 : Click Send now A confirmation shows how many members will get it. Click Send to N. Vérification : the issue shows as *sending*, then *sent*, in the list.

Save draft keeps your work without sending. Send now stays disabled until both the subject and the body are filled in.

Attention

Sending can’t be undone. The issue goes to every subscribed member; there is no way to pick a smaller audience.

The issues list

The table shows each issue’s Subject, Status (draft, sending or sent), Recipients and Sent date. It is your sending history.

Drafts have a ⋮ menu with Edit and Delete. Delete removes the draft immediately, without asking. Sent issues can’t be changed.
